Common Questions
How do I scan a card?
Open the Scan tab and hold the card inside the frame, about 20 cm from the camera. When the frame turns green, keep still for a moment and the photo is taken automatically. You can also tap the shutter button at any time.
The scan cropped the wrong area. What can I do?
Put the card on a plain, darker surface so its edges stand out, and make sure the whole card is inside the frame. If no card edge is found, the app saves exactly what was inside the frame.
How do I edit or delete a card?
Press and hold a card in the carousel or grid and choose Edit or Delete. You can also open a card and use the … button at the top right. In Search, swipe a card to the left to delete it.
Can I add a card from a photo I already took?
Yes. Tap + on the My Cards screen, then tap Front or Back to choose a photo from your library.
Where is my collection stored?
Only on your iPhone or iPad. Pocket XI has no account and nothing is uploaded. Your collection is included in your normal iCloud or computer backups.
